With this application, users can:

• View, share, and display their member ID card, as well as access important contact numbers around the clock
• Review coverage details for common procedures and services
• Monitor their progress toward meeting annual deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums
• Access their medical and pharmacy claims data
• Download, view, and share Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)

The app also facilitates access to various care options, including:

• Calling Nurseline for medical advice
• Utilizing Teladoc telehealth services
• Locating providers and urgent care centers in the vicinity
• Obtaining care services abroad

Health and wellness features include findings from the MyBlue Wellness Card balance, tips to maximize rewards, tracking health goals, and monitoring rewards accumulation. Users can communicate securely with FEP customer service regarding claims or enrollment queries. Additionally, upon consent, the app can deliver important reminders directly to mobile devices.

The platform provides easy access through links to the official website and social media channels to maintain ongoing engagement with FEP. Security measures include biometric and two-factor authentication to ensure secure login.

We prioritize data security by employing the latest security technologies and best practices. Your account remains accessible solely through your MyBlue® login credentials. To maintain optimal security, it is recommended that both the app and your device's operating system are kept up to date.

Please note that updates to benefit information may take up to ten days after a claim is received. Providers and urgent care locations can be found without logging in; however, to view benefit details, login with your MyBlue® username and password is required.
